Entries Closing and Extra Teams

This is a reminder that entries close next Wednesday 25 February at 4pm. Entries can be sent to our PO BOX or via email although we ask that you take the time to fill in the entry form correctly. A sample, completed, entry form can be found on our 'Entry Form' page which can be accessed by the menu to the left.

Also, in answer to a number of queries, we will be sticking to the advertised 'team caps' until after entries have closed. Once we have received all entries we will assess the size of each grade and then send a further email out to schools asking if they wish to shift or enter a team into a different grade. This is particularly applicable to teams who may shift from the Open Grade to the Premier Grade.

We hope to have that email to schools by approximately Monday 2 March. In the meantime you should enter teams according to the guidelines, though feel free to let us know if you have a particular interest in a certain team/grade moving.
